Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to demonstrate the significance of human capital for growth continuity. In this sense, variables from 2010- 2014 period have analyzed by using Panel Data Analysis Technique. In this research, The results show that recovery in human capitals factors has positive effects on economic growth and its continuity. In addition to this, human capital factors have serious explanatory power over high income countries in explaining economic growth.
