Summary/Abstract: Antanas SAVICKIS (Tony Viber) was born in 1984, in Šiauliai. He studied at Šiauliai University. In 2012, he entered Moscow Lomonosov University for doctoral studies. At that time, Savickis was finally overwhelmed by the passion of painting. Later he lived in the UK, Cyprus but now he resides in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). In his paintings, abstractionism and expressionism predominate. The latest series of abstract oil paintings “Souls” express the author’s creative attitude to animal world, to the relations between nature and civilization. through the express presentation of oil paints. In the process of artistic work, the most important task is to express emotions or events by indirect means – metaphors and symbols. Since 2013 Savickis is the active participant of various collective art exhibitions in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the United Arab Emirates. currently, he is preparing a retrospective personal exhibition in Dubai.
