Summary/Abstract: The text analyzes the addressing of letters sent to Melentije Pavlović at the time when he was the Archbishop of Belgrade and Metropolitan of Serbia, 1831—1833. The paper also analyzes the introductory sentences in the letters and greetings, expressions of respect of the applicants and other correspondents.
