Summary/Abstract: The paper is a part of a broader research which deals with the insufficiently investigated problem of "meetings“ between the child and the parent with whom the child does not live (because of the parents divorce, the factual ceasure of their joint household, etc.). The problem is of importance because it has been shown that out of 1000 divorced marriages, which is the approximate number of divorces in Belgrade each year, in 300—400 cases one of the parents requested the Center for Social Work to provide him/ her with protection of his/hers parental rights.
