Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the National scientific conference with international participation „Wine – History and Inspiration“, organized by „Lyuben Karavelov“ Regional Library of Ruse on 25th–26th April 2016. This is the 3th conference for the period of 2014–2016 which the Library organizes. There have been 40 participants from various institutions.
