Phytomorph Code in Bulgarian Folklore Songs

Summary/Abstract: The folklore cultural type creates a specific semantic code, incorporating heterogeneous data sources, among which are the flowers. The semantic and semiotic analysis needs first of all a systematical gathering of a wide text corpus, and to this the research is dedicated. The work is focused on some of the aspects of the functioning of the phytomorph code in a certain range of text, which gives the opportunity of studying the characteristic features of the phenomenon, its distribution and main reveals.
