Summary/Abstract: The persuasion is an important aspect for every type of human communication and for didactical communication too. The effective communication implies the participation of some persuasive, manipulative and conflict elements. So, the performing of the communication is necessary determined by the control of the ways in which persuasion is induced and by the stimulation of the socio-cognitive conflict for the purpose to achieve the cognitive, affective, motivational, relationships and behavioral acquisitions in learning activity. In this paper is analyzed the different types of processual mechanisms of the persuasion in didactical communication
