Summary/Abstract: The article is focused on the issues of today’s education in university in the digital age. The pace of development of the new technologies makes it harder to adapt to the surrounding reality. Education as a socioforming factor has a key role in this adaptation. The theory of social education is used in connection with social networks in university’s programs. According to us, future education will be more for communication and interactivity and not so much a one-way process of teaching and consuming information.
