Summary/Abstract: The fight at the rock Nozhot, near the village Rakley (Prilep) on 1 (14) July 1907 is the largest and most bloody battle of the IMRO with Turkish troops in post-Ilinden period. Heroic sacrifice of "nozhovtsi" impressed contemporaries and later finds its rightful place in research on Macedonian Adrianopolitan movement and in modern commemorative events on the territory of R Macedonia.
