Summary/Abstract: The political-historical changes in which the anthropogenic and ethnogeographic processes were being developed in one part of the present territory of the Republic of Serbia were analysed in the paper. In that context, the impacts of the historical changes on the ethno-demographic development were explained in the chosen settlements of Srem, arranged along the former Lower Sava military border.
