Summary/Abstract: This article is an eye inside the European Parliament, to see the concrete manner in which its Members can reactto the challenges of the XXI-st Century. So, we propose a case-study regarding the vision and activity of its vicepresident,Gianni Pittella. He held this position in 2009-2014 and is an experimented MEP.
