Summary/Abstract: Elaborated by the political parties, Governments, Parliaments, Monarchy, the program-documents of Romanian foreign policy demonstrated a unitary vision. This document promoted the national interest of defending national sovereignity and integrity throught Romania’s integration into an international system for peace-keeping. In this purpose, Romania was ready to support the Briand Project of European Union.
