Summary/Abstract: This article aims to examine some requirements – foundations of a team’s synergy created for the realization of a professional project. To support the principle ”the will-to acttogether” declaratively is, surely, a promising start in order to make possible the team’s cohesion and coherence, but it is not sufficient. It is necessary, in addition, to think together about the conditions to fulfil with the purpose of applying this principle. The debate is proved to be essential, first of all because nowadays the interlocutors are not, generally, inheritors of the same beliefs, convictions, norms, procedures, etc.The paper will be especially interested in the references which nourish some values such as trust, empathy, discursive and practical solidarity, or individual involvement in the achievement of common targets. To share these objectives supposes that each partner works on himself so that he improves his skills and his personal faculties, as well as with all the team’s members for identifying and/or correcting the dysfunctions which may sabotage the progress of the project assumed.
