Summary/Abstract: The author puts forward a clear thesis in the text: we need a school that teaches from the beginning not to conform to recognized ways of organizing the world, which means the consent to its present shape, but encourages attitudes of rational discord and constructive opposition. In order to achieve these goals, it is indispensable to teach the gentleness of thought, and from that on, what follows: the concern for what is “small”; expressing the obedience of the impatience of the world demanding from us to be “this” or “that”; object to the belief that a professional has the ultimate right to define what a person is. The author shows the pedagogy that we can learn from Shakespeare, leading a number of tasks for pedagogues, among which the key is: the question “what do you think?”; education to be a human being and not just education to professional proficiency; recovering the dignity of joy and suffering so that the speech serves empathetic inclusion rather than antagonizing exclusion.
