Social Competencies Level of Future Human Resource Specialist – Research Results

Summary/Abstract: Besides professional skills and education, social competencies have growing importance on the job market. The goal of this article is to present the level of social competencies of students attending “Human Resources Management” course at the University of Lodz,as these are the future human resource specialists. A review of selected social competencies definitions was presented in this article together with other authors’s empirical research describing social competencies role on the job market. Furthermore own research with the use of psychological Social Competencies Questionnaire test was described.
