Role of non-pay ways of employees’ motivation in contemporary organizations

Summary/Abstract: The article presents an important role of non-pay motivation factors used by organizations at present. The aim of this paper is to evaluate how non-pay motivators influence the level of employee motivation, with an example of research in organizations doing various businesses, as well as proving that non-pay forms are the ground for more effective areas of motivation and they strengthen the interaction of other motivators.
