Summary/Abstract: Reasonable operation of medical entities within the healthcare system should bea primary objective of all contributors. However not everybody follows this rule. My coveragefocuses on first effects of transformations of legal status in hospitals and tries toevaluate those decisions and results of transformation. Local government (the foundingbody, owner, supervisor and verifier of hospital’s activity) is the main figure here.
