Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to combine sequence rules with graphical models. The result of sequence analysis is often a very large set of rules "if A, then B". Their number is always greater than the number of association rules because the difference between them lies in the order of appearance of items in the body or head of the rule. In the case of sequential rules the difference between antecedents (A and B as well as B and A) has its unique interpretation since the element that appears in the rule as the first has been purchased first. Generalisation of results and graphical representation of the sequences is often problematic. The example in this paper refers to the sequences of selected products in the online store. The author tried to find solution to this problem. The set of sequence rules was transformed for further analysis by using social network analysis.
