Human Capital and Knowledge as a Source of Success of New Economy Enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to present the categories of success and human capitaland knowledge as factors determining the success of the company in terms of the NewEconomy.To achieve this objective, in this article, defined the concept of success and drewattention to the general conditions for the success of enterprises in the New Economy.Also discusses the concept of human capital in the context of success, noting the characteristicsof human capital and the role of knowledge in this field.
