Summary/Abstract: The trust is one of the oldest legal concepts, but it has also played an important role in achieving various social and economic goals. The purpose of this paper is to prove that trust, as an institute of great elasticity and generality, may as well provide substantial benefits in the economy, particularly for building interdisciplinary theory of services.
