Summary/Abstract: Work Pedagogy provides knowledge and shapes approach of young people to lifelong learning. Lifelong learning is an idea that should be incorporated and promoted as an essential element of creating a man who is prepared to live in a contemporary world. Dynamic changes of reality make that each of us have to continually renew our knowledge and skills. The fact that Work Pedagogy promoted the idea of lifelong learning makes that it leads to realizing assumptions of the European Qualifications Framework.
