Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the main challenges in the labour market but also the expectations of the poten-tial labour market from past employees. The situation in the contemporary labour market is not too optimistic nowadays. This is due to many factors, among others, poor condition of the EU labour market, economic system or politics.
