Summary/Abstract: Career guidance today seems to be one of the most important aspects of a man preparing to operate on the rapidly changing labour market. It is also one of the major factors that create this market. Professional development has now become a very important aspect of human life, no matter what profession is performed. To carry out any job and to be active in the labour market a man needs to adapt to it and change according to the trends prevailing in the market.
