A sense of quality of life of seniors in selected European Union member countries

Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the analysis of the quality of life of senior citizens in selected countries of the European Union. Due to existing discrepancies in the quality of life, the author undertakes the analysis of the level of life of Polish senior citizens. At the same time the author attempts at explaining such questions as: describing the model of life of Polish senior citizens, presenting the value system of people at the retirement age, determining the factors influencing the quality of life of people at the age seigniorial. In the article the reader will find information about social exclusion of the senior citizens and the analysis of this state of affairs.
