Summary/Abstract: Henryka Kwiatkowska in her publication entitled „Pedeutology” indicates the fact that the existing processes of cultural transformation, whether we approve it or not, are getting into the classroom. In today's school we can easily notice the results of both globalization and the free market economy which is connected with supermarket culture. It seems that for young open to change pupils, it is easier to exist in such a reality than for teachers who are accustomed to other fixed reference points. Therefore, this situation makes great demands on education. Its goal should be a flexible and fluent adaptation of teaching and educational methods so that they become relevant to the changing time. The author of this article decided to present one of such methods which in her opinion may successfully achieve the aim. This method is the guardianship tutoring, which is an original experiment of the Artistic and Academic Secondary Schools with „ALA” program.
