Summary/Abstract: Author of this article focuses on the role of class educators in polish educational system. Thispresentation is based on the teachers’ opinions about their work in that capacity. Through theanalysis of her own research the author notes that Polish educators in the vast majority havenegative or ambivalent opinions about their work. In their declarations this situation is a result offor example: the quality of the organization of school work and the lack of sufficient focus onfulfilling upbringing tasks. This presentation of author’s research is a chance to notice this problemand build postulates that might improve situation of this group of teachers.
