Summary/Abstract: The author presents a different understanding of the concepts of value and integration. Integration of personality is considered a positive phenomenon in psychology and psychotherapy. Pedagogy is not paying enough attention to this issue as an important purpose educational treatments. Educational transactional analysis presents a model and the process of psychological integration. Author complements this model for his own proposal, which could be the starting point for building a pedagogical procedures.
