Summary/Abstract: At the end of the year 1918, the intense activity of Romanian emigration to France, in particular that of the National Council of the Romanian Unity of Paris, had strongly influenced the whole French society in favor of the cause of the country and Of the Romanian people and assured themselves of its support to achieve national unity.
