Summary/Abstract: There are numerous causes of endangering the registry. They are mainly the consequence of transitional changes in which all the weaknesses of the past and present system emerge. Most of the existing registries are endangered due to the cessation of the work of many, for certain administrative structures, characteristic material creators, then due to various transformations in recent years and the conversion of social and state to private property. Since, although in many cases insufficient, the current regulations do not apply or have not obtained material, personnel and other assumptions for their application, to reduce or even halt the process of such damage, a compromise model for the disposal of materials is proposed. This consists of a better organization of the existing protection subjects (state, profession and registry), to start addressing part of this crucial social problem, and which would be regulated by appropriate programs in which the role of each of the protection subjects would be elaborated, and animated International non-profit organizations. The second direction of the encapsulation would be directed to other registry materials by providing a system of proper stock records, as this is the first step in this business. Particularly important is the proper orientation to the city's management of contemporary intormatic technologies, in such a way that as soon as possible normative and professional standardization of these activities in the spirit of the experience of the developed advice. This will create the preconditions for timely and correctly addressing this issue and provide an appropriate solution to the management of electronic records as a new, prevalent type of record.
