Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the language learning strategy levels of the English teacher candidates. The article begins with various definitions of language learning strategies and classifications made by different authors. Then, the findings obtained from the administration of the Strategy Inventory for Language Learning are presented. Data analyses have been performed by means of t-test and analysis of variance techniques.
