Summary/Abstract: Renovation of the political pluralism in ex- Yugoslavia comes the process of her desintegration of state and society by the national seams. Taking off the comunist monopole but the national monopole, it comes a scattering of common state by the scenary of the 14. Congress of the Aliance of Communists of Yugoslavia. The destruction of the Communist Party was before the destruction of Yugoslavia.
