Summary/Abstract: Through this article I try to present some of the essential elements regarding the main sectors of military cooperation and the dynamics of the military relations between Romania and the Sub-Saharan states before and after the events in 1989, as well as aspects related to Romania’s contribution to the international missions under the aegis of the United Nations And the European Union in the area of Sub-Saharan countries.
