Summary/Abstract: The civilization need for performing archival activities on every part of the globe is not carried out in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Only the organized protection of the records of the Government and other organs of the District is carried out. This situation is the result of war cataclysms (1992-1995) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, during which organized registry maintenance was conducted only in the area available to the Tuzla Archives (Rahic Municipality). All this has led to the destruction of large amounts of records, and this process has not yet been stopped. Understanding their civic task in all of this, the competent district authorities focused on durable and quality solutions, which resulted in the creation of a conceptual project and the creation of financial preconditions for its realization. In the professional sense, these activities involve the Archives of Tuzla and the archival service of Bosnia and Herzegovina. These are very significant projects in which a dedicated archive is being built in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first time in its longstanding past. For those closer to the history of BiH, it is not uncommon for this to happen in Brcko town, which for a long time makes the "window" of BiH to Europe.
