Summary/Abstract: Given the current poor state of the archive legislation in the Canton, it is necessary to make additional efforts on the adoption of appropriate archival regulations compatible with regulations at the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. However, in spite of the enormous difficulties associated with archival activity, it has been able to preserve the relevant archival material as an invaluable and invaluable cultural-historical treasure. It should continue to be supplemented, guarded and sheltered for present and future generations.
