Summary/Abstract: Constitution of a unique European market imposes convergence of regulations in matter of cross-border contracts. The recent French reform of contract law aims to draw close main thinking trends in this matter. This paper is designated to highlight some aspects which are differently regulated and focuses on regulations set forth by our Civil Code.
