Summary/Abstract: The subject of this study focuses on the idea that students’ satisfaction is one of the modern approaches to the development of higher education. Students’ satisfaction has become an essential element for the quality of education. The goal of this research is to measure the level of students’ satisfaction about the administrative and academic performance of the Faculty of Administration and Economics at the Al-Iraqia University. In order to measure students’ satisfaction, 290 questionnaires were used from four academic years B.A. and B.S.C., as well as on the level of higher studies i.e. Master and Ph.D.. The results showed that the general level of satisfaction with the ten studied areas was between good in the field of faculty members' performance, acceptable in the field of scientific research and weak in other areas. As the results showed, there were no significant differences in the level of satisfaction belonging to the demographic variables, with the exception of some specific questions.
