Summary/Abstract: The privatization of public companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina is in the final stage and the greatest single transition process, not only in economy but overall transition of society. Due to the implementation of the privatization process of economic entities arising are many negative consequences for the current records of. These effects are primarily the result of dysfunction of the legal system of protection of registry materials and improper relations participants privatization to this issue. Such a relationship is directly affected the poor state of current records of these creators. To this negative trend in the state of current records of privatized economic entities stopped and repaired the existing situation, it is necessary to actively involve all participants in the privatization process in addressing these complex issues (archives, registry and state). If they keep misunderstanding and missing the importance of this issue, the fate of current records of privatized business entities will be all the more uncertain.
