Social support for teachers of inclusive education

Summary/Abstract: Social support is a category describing a complex system of relationships. This system can also be a support donor and a recipient. Therefore, in order to effectively include students with disabilities into regular schools, not only students but also teachers should be encouraged. In this article we discussed the issues related to supporting teachers’ work in public schools in rural areas. The research included several aspects. The first concerned the preparation of schools for providing support to teachers. The second involved the support received and anticipated by the teachers. The third presented satisfaction from the support teachers received and the fourth presented the parents as a source of support.
