Summary/Abstract: This article moves the issue of prenatal, perinatal and postnatal risk factors for disability. Introduce preventive and educational measures that have been implemented and those which should be paid attention to. This subject is closely associated with the family and its planning and the prevention of disability from the moment of conception. It presents diagnostic measures for early detection of congenital defects and introduction of treatment before birth (prenatally).
