Summary/Abstract: The article presents contemporary tendencies in the approach to disability issues, which describes assumptions of interdisciplinary Disability Studies and the inclusion movement in the contemporary society as a broader context of inclusive education. Special feature of the new approach is to notice and develop the concept of subjectivity and autonomy of people with disabilities, but also to identify a new conditions of inequality and exclusion. Multiple of this exclusion, caused by coexistence of several factors, constitutes the basis for the theory of interaction of oppressive in the social systems built on domination and submission (kyriarchy theory). A new phenomena in the recognition of disability are presented in the article in the form of semantic map of key terms for Disability Studies.
