Summary/Abstract: All educational relations have to be anchored in responsibility and in pedagogical optimism. Hence the article concerns the issue of raising a man who is responsible and who has an optimistic attitude towards reality, which is a real challenge for modern parents and pedagogues. This can be achieved, among others, by setting adequate goals and planning educational actions in a precise way.
