Summary/Abstract: As an organizational phenomenon that means the ability to influence followers to engage in achieving organizational goals, leadership is largely based on the ability to deliver leadership influence. The paper will consider the most important determinants of the influence of leaders on followers in the process of leadership in the organization, where we will point out the basic mechanisms of its implementation, as well as the sources of power on which the leadership influence is based, with particular emphasis on its positional and personal dimension. We will consider essential techniques of leadership influence, as well as basic factors that determine them, with special emphasis on the impact of national and organizational culture.
