Summary/Abstract: The subject of the considerations placed in the article is culture animation as a possible passion and practice. Enclosed reflections concern personal and environmental conditions favouring self-accomplishment through creativity. The need of arousing creativity among others in a possible passion existentially important or through the pedagogy practice. Possible areas of taking decisions of animation activeness in academic surrounding, mentioned in the article, may become an inhibitor of initiating new research projects placed in an interpretative and participatory paradigm. Their value is determined by biographical placement of the academic actors and their trajectories of becoming an animator of culture and a teacher. Moreover the trajectories of being an animator by implementing passion and practice in pedagogy are surely existentially important.
