Summary/Abstract: The text covers the analysis of the categories of complementarity and reduction, and an axiological, aesthetic and social context picking up both categories in real life. It is a search for consistency in the ambivalence and complex structure of the world, by the logic of duality (not the twoness) of our experience, which we often divide into autonomous spheres of cognition, for crystalline insight. This attitude results in reductivism in the sphere of ontology and cognition, and still worse, situates human in the imaginary world, which is very often not only distant from the actual life of the present moment, but also, is alienated from the most common experience of everyday life
