Methodology to Identify Impediments and Dysfunction Occurring in Teleworking in Order to Humanize It

Summary/Abstract: In the framework of the study, the impact of telecommuting on a person was expounded on, by identifying dysfunctions that occur during the provision of home-based telework. . Telecommuting is one of the flexible forms of employment and labor supply which has been used for a long time in a number of entities and institutions in the United States and Europe, and is increasingly being used in Poland. The paper presents an original method of identifying difficulties and dysfunctions occurring in remote work which can be practically used as a tool for improving the organization of Work At Home/Telework and eliminating any emerging signs of dehumanization.
