Summary/Abstract: On basis of research, this paper discusses the impact of telecommuting on human and identifies dysfunctions, which occur during teleworking. The impact of telework on the domestic labour market has been shortly presented. Moreover, the article outlines the author’s methodology to identify difficulties and dysfunctions occurring in remote work, which can be used as practical tool for improving the organization of teleworking and eliminating any signs of dehumanization.
