Summary/Abstract: Organizing science corners inside and outside the building of kindergarten is an important part of environmental education. The purpose of this article is to present the initiatives and good practices in the field of creating such corners. The author presented results of the analysis of information materials, trying to identify good tips and propagate the idea of the formation of the science corners. The article indicates the forms of initiatives aimed at creating a closer relation between children and natural environment taken by different people both from Poland and abroad: NGOs activity, collaboration between kindergartens and other institutions, forest kindergartens, crowdfunding actions, teacher blogs. Good practices conducive to the establishment of the corner include among others conducting plant and animal breeding, through which the youngest will be able to know how to develop living organisms.
