Summary/Abstract: Increasing role of human factors in formation of the labour market induces to undertake research on changes of the labour market magnitude and their structure related to demographic and social conditions. The Częstochowa region, due to its depopulation and ageing growth, is the region particularly affected by such disadvantageous changes.
