Summary/Abstract: In lasting research and wish to find a suitable and comprehensive software that could at the same time be used in both our Archives and registries within their competence, the paper presents an example of such a computer program, which could unite and connect us all in a single information system. It would enable access to information from any database in any given moment and within a shortest possible time period. What is most important is that in such a work we could all get rid of the “paper documentation”, whereas the costs produced by its handling would be completely eliminated.
