Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to assess the situation on the primary housing market of Bialystok. The article is introducing analysis attraction of real estates constituting the offer of property enterprises. In addition, the results of empirical research among customers of the development in the factors determining the choice of the purchased apartment.
